Wine enthusiasts will also appreciate the variety of Cycladic wines on offer in our restaurant and bars, including some organic favorites from Naxos and nearby Santorini. Naxos, after all, is firmly associated with Dionysus, Greek god of wine. A variety of fine Greek wines from the Peloponnese and intriguing selections from Northern Greece are also on offer. Beyond wine, there are beers that have been brewed in Naxos, as well as the local liqueur known as Kitro, made from an indigenous citrus fruit grown on the island. Needless to say, Greek spirits such as Ouzo and its stronger cousin Tsipouro – which does not contain aniseed like the former – can also be ordered and enjoyed anytime and anywhere on the premises.
