Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with excellent organizational and time management skills to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and reservations
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required
Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs and technology, including reservation systems
